Main structure and principle of blowing machine
By the positioning rack balance positioning, front, middle and back three pieces of template, double curved arm linkage mechanism, closing cylinder, through the electromagnetic direction control valve to drive the cylinder linkage curved arm to achieve open and close the mold. The structure is reasonably designed, with smooth operation and large clamping force.
2、Stretching and blowing part
It is composed of stretch solenoid valve, high pressure blowing valve, pulling body sealing cylinder, movable sealing seat and blowing storage cylinder. When working, the directional control valve pushes the piston of the stretching cylinder, which drives the stretching rod and sealing cylinder upward on the molded billet, the sealing cylinder seals the mouth of the billet, the stretching rod makes longitudinal stretching to the billet which has been heated to be elastic, and the gas stored in the storage cylinder is blown through the sealing cylinder by the high-pressure blowing valve to the billet after bottom blowing and high-pressure blowing and forming.
3、Heating chain plate is detected and positioned by photoelectric switch through one station of stepping cylinder, and then blown into products by forming mechanism, and the stepping cylinder is pushed to detect and position at one station, and the production is continuous from week to week.
4、The self-rotating chain is driven by the electric motor to work continuously, so that the bottle blanks in the baking tunnel are heated quickly and evenly.
5、Bottle blanks are conveyed and sorted by the feeding system, and then the blanks are installed on the blowing machine base by the feeding robot and enter the drying tunnel.
6、Heating has two groups of relatively independent far-infrared lamp ovens, each group of far-infrared lamp can be adjusted in the longitudinal direction according to the different bottle blanks.
7、Bottles are heated, and while the bottles are rotating to make them evenly heated, the bottle mouth is cooled, and then the fan blows hot air on the bottles to make the inner and outer walls of the bottles evenly heated.
8、After the bottle billet enters the blowing mold, the pre-blowing air enters to circumferentially stretch the blowing bottle billet; when the stretching bar reaches the bottom of the mold, the high-pressure air enters the mold cavity to further stretch the bottle billet, so that the bottle wall is close to the mold jig.
9. High-pressure air is kept in the mold for a certain period of time to eliminate the internal pressure caused by the stretching of the bottle blank on the one hand.
On the other hand, it makes the bottle wall tighten against the mold wall in order to improve the crystallinity of the bottle plastic.
10、High-pressure gas starts to exhaust and demold at the end of the process.
11、Bottle blowing process is finished.
12、Bottles are transferred to the lower bottle station through the chain plate, where they are plucked up by the lower bottle cylinder and then blown out by the airflow.
